Most mattresses are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Custom or out-of-stock items may take up to 2 weeks, and we will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Do you offer a sleep trial or a return policy?
Yes, we offer a 100-night comfort trial. If you are not satisfied with your mattress after a 30-day break-in period, you can exchange it for a different model or return it for a refund, subject to a small processing fee.
Will you remove my old mattress when the new one arrives?
We offer a professional removal and recycling service for your old mattress for an additional fee. Simply select the 'Mattress Removal' option at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our mattresses come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 5 to 15 years, covering structural defects and sagging. Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.
