  Ensure the mattress or item is in its original condition, free of stains or damage; we recommend using a mattress protector during your trial period to qualify for a full return.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your home, or you can drop off smaller bedding accessories at any Mattress Mick's location.

  Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or apply the credit toward your new selection.
